The resistance levels applied to the training session depend on the level of inertia of the discs chosen and also on how fast and strong an exercise is. All discs are extremely light and the exercise is not about lifting that weight: chosen according to the level of strength appropriate for the muscle area to be exercised.
To increase the strength you can use the double pulley.
