Goods can be returned within 10 working days from the date of receipt of your order.
As soon as your return has been received and checked by us, we will send you a confirmation email.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How does the refund work?
Within 15 days of informing Sixtus Italia of your request, or in any case within 5 days of receipt of the returned products, we will refund the amount corresponding to the returned products by bank transfer.
Did you pay by credit card?
In this case the refund will be made to the same card or the associated bank account. It may happen that the date of reimbursement in your statement coincides with the date of purchase.
Did you pay with PayPal?
You will receive the amount for the returned items on the same PayPal account.
What is the returns procedure?
The return request must be made within 10 days of receipt of the order by email to email@example.com.
Once the return has been approved, you will be given a ‘Return Authorisation Number’ and you will have to choose the main reason for the return: reimbursement, exchange of item, etc.
You must specify the return authorisation number in the documents accompanying the parcel.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, carefully sealed. The product must be intact and without signs of use: the return of deteriorated items or missing accessories or original equipment, will not be accepted by Sixtus Italia and will be returned to you with an additional transport charge.

Returned goods travel under the responsibility of the customer, who must ensure that the goods arrive in perfect condition. But please note: the return must not be sent cash on delivery, as it would be automatically rejected.
