How can I track my order?
After you have placed your order, it will be processed for approximately 3 working days. When your parcel is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with all the shipment details and the order tracking number.
In addition, you can access the “My Orders” section in your personal area to check your parcel delivery and track the shipment.
What are the shipping costs?
The cost of shipping is € 7.00 in Italy, while it is free for orders over € 70.00. Costs will vary if the expedition is made abroad.
When will I receive my order?
When you have placed your order, we will give you the estimated delivery date. As soon as the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation. Packages are dispatched within 3 business days and the delivery time varies between 2 and 4 days. You will be able to track the delivery via the order tracking number.
What happens if I do not collect my parcel in time?
In the event that, for reasons beyond Sixtus Italia’s control (e.g. the receiver was absent, wrong shipping address, etc.), the order is returned to the sender and the customer wishes to receive it again, Sixtus Italia reserves the right to charge the customer for the transport costs for the new shipment. In cases where the shipment is in storage and the customer is requested to pick up the parcel within a predetermined time, Sixtus Italia will request the return of the parcel to the sender, reserving the right to charge the customer for the shipping costs.
As soon as the order is handed over to the courier, an e-mail will be sent to the recipient with the waybill number and the address where to follow the tracking, in order to give them the possibility to contact the courier company directly , in case of problems regarding the delivery.
