Are all Sixtus products covered by warranty?
Sixtus Italia does not provide any guarantee in addition to that given by the individual manufacturers, but only ensures the material integrity of the products at the time of delivery. Any defects must be reported by the customer, under penalty of forfeiture, no later than 10 days from the date of delivery. The customer is only entitled to the replacement of damaged products upon their return, the customer’s right to compensation for any damage, even further damage, being excluded. Shipping costs necessary for the replacement of products shall be borne by the customer.
