Cutimed Siltec B (border) is a polyurethane foam dressing - open cell with super absorbent particles - with adhesive edge and high adherence silicone contact layer. The silicone that adheres to the wound ensures a slight adherence, protecting the newly formed tissue while the polyurethane foam guarantees effective absorption of exudate.
